Returns

Full Heart Down Jacket

To return your product, send us an email to info@theidealapparel.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Returns are only accepted within 14 days of delivery. Simply email us stating “I would like to request a return” and we will be back in touch within 1-2 business days.

 

All other items 
Any claims for misprinted/damaged/defective items must be submitted within 30 days after the product has been received. For packages lost in transit, all claims must be submitted no later than 30 days after the estimated delivery date. Claims deemed an error on our part are covered at our expense.

If you notice an issue on the products or anything else on the order please send us an email straight away to info@theidealapparel.com so we can make it right.

All of our products apart from our Full Heart Premium Down Jacket are made to order as one of our ways to keep our carbon footprint low. This means that we are at a loss when refunding customers due to buyer's remorse. So just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture and we will respond within a period of time. Please note that Gift Cards and sale items are not eligible for return/refund. 

Refunds (If applicable)

If you would like a refund, you can contact us at info@theidealapparel.com for a full refund within 14 days of delivery. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture of the product and we will give you your money back in full. You will be refunded on your original payment method. Once we have received and processed your refund request, please allow up to 7 business days for your refund to reach your account.

Replacements (If applicable)

If you would like a replacement, simply contact us at info@theidealapparel.com within 14 days of delivery. Just tell us what went wrong, send along a picture of the product and we will send you a replacement. Once we have received and processed your replacement request, please allow up to 2 - 7 business days for your replacement to be created and  shipped.

Returns Shipping

To return your product, you should send us an email to info@theidealapparel.com. You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item.

Wrong Address - If you provide an address that is considered insufficient by the courier, the shipment will be returned to our facility. You will be liable for reshipment costs once we have confirmed an updated address with you (if and as applicable).

Unclaimed - Shipments that go unclaimed are returned to our facility and you will be liable for the cost of a reshipment to yourself (if and as applicable).

Notification for EU consumers: According to Article 16(c) and (e) of the Directive 2011/83/EU of the European Parliament and of the Council of 25 October 2011 on consumer rights, the right of withdrawal may not be provided for:

sealed goods which were unsealed after delivery and thus aren't suitable for return due to health protection or hygiene reasons,

therefore we reserve the right to refuse returns at its sole discretion.
